To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Refunds are only issued for damaged, incorrect, or unavailable items and will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that all custom, made-to-order, or sale items are final and non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our end.
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days, while pre-order or custom pieces typically ship within 3–4 weeks. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email. We offer shipping across Pakistan (3–5 business days) and internationally (7–14 business days) through trusted couriers such as TCS, DHL, and FedEx. Domestic shipping is either a flat rate or free during promotional periods, while international shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
