To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that all custom, made-to-order, or sale items are final and non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our end.
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days, while pre-order or custom pieces typically ship within 3–4 weeks. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email. We offer shipping across Pakistan (3–5 business days) and internationally (7–14 business days) through trusted couriers such as TCS, DHL, and FedEx.
